Step 01

Connect with Our Care Coordinator: They're your initial touchpoint, ready to verify your insurance eligibility, match you with a suitable therapist, and answer any initial queries.

Step 02

Prep for Your First Session: Once your initial visit is booked, we'll send our confidential pre-therapy questionnaire and other necessary paperwork via our secure online portal. This info helps us tailor our initial assessment and set achievable therapy goals. We will also send you your HIPAA-secure link for your visit.

Step 03

The Online Therapy Sessions: Initially, sessions are typically scheduled every one to two weeks. Based on your specific concerns, your therapist will provide an estimated session count. Many clients see noticeable improvements within 8-12 sessions per issue. We take payment on the day of your visit.

Step 04

Between Sessions: Therapy is a journey that extends beyond our sessions. Homework, like exercises given by your therapist, are pivotal to your progress and personal evolution.

Step 05

Approaching The Finish Line: As you start achieving your goals, we'll gradually space out sessions to gauge your progress without regular therapy. If your progress is consistent and/or goals are met, we'll shift focus to relapse prevention and winding down therapy sessions.
